To be eligible for a refund, you must be a new subscriber on LeadNest and must request the refund within 7 days of subscribing to our services.
To request a refund, please get in touch with us at support@useleadnest.co or through a support ticket within 7 days of subscribing to our services.
Once we receive your refund request, we will process it within 2 business days. We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.
We will provide a full refund of the subscription fee paid to you. Once the refund is completed, it may take up to 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement.
Please note that requesting a refund also cancels your subscription.
